I’m Manjot Sedate, a photographer and filmmaker based in Kelowna, British Columbia, proudly serving clients across Canada, the USA, and India. My work blends a cinematic feel with candid, natural storytelling, creating visuals that feel real, emotional, and true to the moment.

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started in grade 8, holding wires and assisting my dad on shoots — he taught me everything from the basics to the passion behind the craft. I grew up in that environment, surrounded by cameras, lights, and stories. Eventually, I began capturing profile photos for friends back when Facebook first became popular, and that’s where I discovered how much I loved turning simple moments into memories.
In 2017, I moved to Canada and built my own path from the ground up. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of capturing countless weddings, family stories, and celebrations — and the biggest compliment is that many of my clients keep returning to me year after year.I keep the entire experience smooth, organized, and comfortable. With clear direction when needed and space for natural moments, I capture real emotions without forcing anything — just genuine, beautiful storytelling.
